COMTek has been the sole provider of contract training support to the U.S. Army’s cadet Command since 2002, freeing up military personnel for active duty and reducing training costs, while improving the quality of instruction.

Cadet Command training is a world class leadership development program combining classroom instruction, leadership labs, physical training and field training exercises.

After completing their college degrees and Army ROTC requirements, Cadets are commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the Active Army, Army Reserve or Army National Guard.

Managing all Aspects of Civilian and Military Recruitment

COMTek provides highly qualified contract employees to train these future leaders at over 277 colleges and universities across the country.  We place Army Retired, Reserve, National Guard, IRR Officers and NCOs into ROTC units and headquarters as Military Science Instructors, Administrative Technicians and Staff Specialist (SS).

Our employees have been consistently recognized for outstanding achievements in enrolling the highest quality college students in the numbers required for the nation’s ROTC programs.

Saving Money and Manpower

Because COMTek provides this service, the army does not have to divert personnel to recruitment or instructional activities, and can maintain a stable cadre of highly experienced instructors without draining manpower from the fighting forces.

And because COMTek provides the service at a very competitive price, this benefits not only the army and the cadets who are very enthusiastic about the experience of their instructors, but the American taxpayer as well.
